Our fees are based on the total square footage of the house. We do not charge extra for raised foundations.

Please take ito consideration the experience and qualification of the inspector when you are making your decision. This is an extremly important investment, and not the time to be shopping price. Also, be aware that not all inspectors carry errors and omissions insurance, and you should ask a potential inspector if he has this insurance.
